Gary Simecek is Executive Vice President, Manufacturing at Q-Lab and is responsible for all product manufacturing at Q-Lab’s Corporate Headquarters in Westlake, Ohio. In addition, he oversees service & repair of weathering testers worldwide.

Gary’s entire career has been involved in design, quality and production of scientific instruments: products such as weathering and corrosion chambers, data recorders and transducers. He also has 25 years of experience in the field of standard metal panel substrates, and has developed several proprietary manufacturing processes and quality control methods for the production of Q-Lab’s Q-PANEL standard substrates.

Gary started with Q-Lab in 1985 as a Manufacturing Engineer, and became VP of Operations in 1997. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University.
