Throughout his career of more than 25 years, Brad has held various technical leadership roles in marketing, new product development, applications engineering, equipment design, and intellectual property. His broad experience stems from working at several leading technology companies, including General Electric, W. L. Gore & Associates, and most recently GrafTech International, before recently joining the Q-Lab team.
He holds over 30 US patents and has authored many papers in the field of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and thermal management.
In 2015, Brad was elected as Chairman of ASTM’s Subcommittee D01.27. This group focuses on accelerated testing for paints and coatings.
Brad graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and cum laude with a master’s degree in technical management, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
