Q-Lab, a global leader in weathering and corrosion equipment and services, is pleased to announce that it has successfully resolved a trademark and copyright dispute with Qualitest International Inc. and Qualitest USA LC (“Qualitest”). As part of the resolution, Qualitest has agreed to immediately discontinue any and all use of Q-Lab’s trademark and copyrighted work, and destroy any related promotional materials. The unauthorized trademark and copyright issue related to Q-Lab’s industry-leading QUV® accelerated weathering tester.
