Q-Lab Corporation is pleased to announce The Cleveland Plain Dealer recently named them one of the best businesses to work for in Northeast Ohio for the third time. The company received the honor for the first time in 2012, and again in 2015.
This year’s list includes 100 companies in three divisions, and Q-Lab ranked as one of the best workplaces in its category. All recognized organizations - which also include nonprofits and government agencies - participated in an employee satisfaction survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics. The results were based entirely on employees’ opinions about their companies, as ranked on a seven-point scale. 
Doug Grossman, President of Q-Lab, believes the company’s philosophy of doing what is best for customers and employees is responsible for Q-Lab’s market leadership and top workplace honors. “We are honored to be on the Top Workplaces list for a third time,” says Grossman. “One of the keys to producing outstanding products and services is to provide an exceptional culture that attracts the best employees.
