Q-Lab 2011 Shanghai International Automotive Weathering Technology Symposium Held Successfully

Q-Lab公司作为行业的领导者，多年来一直坚持不懈地致力于光老化及耐候性的技术推广工作。继2006年广州之后，2007年和2009年相继在上海举办了国际汽车耐候老化技术研讨会，并得到一致的好评。今年我们又一次成功地举办了“国际汽车耐候老化技术研讨会”，此次会议有近１００家单位，２００位嘉宾与会，是汽车行业的一次盛大而成功的技术交流会。
Q-Lab Corporation has been a leader in light stability & weathering test equipment and outdoor test services for more than 55 years. Following the successful 2006, 2007 and 2009 International Automotive Weathering Technology Symposiums, Q-Lab successfully held the 2011 Shanghai International Automotive Weathering Technology Symposium again this year.
The symposium was a great success, and was attended by about 200 people from 100 different companies, making it one of the largest conferences on the topic of testing for the automotive industry.
美国Q-Lab公司上海代表处首席代表张恒先生主持了此次会议，来自汽车产业链的九位专家给大家作了精彩的演讲，主机厂的专家有：中国第一汽车集团公司技术中心王纳新高工、奇瑞汽车股份公司陈拯主任；检测机构专家有：襄樊国家汽车测试研究中心柳立志主任、美国Q-Lab公司副总裁Mr. Ronald Roberts先生、孙杏蕾经理、国防科技工业自然环境试验研究中心李泽华高工；来自汽车材料和设备供应商专家：上海普利特复合材料股份有限公司张鹰博士、BASF公司徐莉珺经理、柯尼卡美能达（中国）投资有限公司赵伟琦经理与大家分享了汽车产业有关耐候老化的新标准、新进展和新技术。
Henry Zhang, Chief Representative of Q-Lab’s China office, hosted. Nine experts from automotive industry presented at the conference; including representatives from OEM, senior engineer Ms. Wang Naxin from FAW, and Mr. Chen Zheng from Chery. Experts from testing labs also presented: Mr. Liu Lizhi from China National Auto Testing Center (Xiangfan), Vice President Mr. Ronald Roberts and Technique Support Manager Ms. Sunny Sun from Q-Lab Corporation, and senior engineer Mr. Li Zehua from Chongqing Weathering Testing and Research Center. They were joined by suppliers to the auto industry: Dr. Zhang Ying from Pret Shanghai, Ms. Lily Xu from BASF, and Mr. Zhao Weiqi from Konica Minolta. They shared valuable information on new standards, new developments in the industry, and new techniques in weathering and lightfastness.
主要议题涵盖了老化测试标准、检测分析以及如何提高材料耐候性等诸多内容，老化标准方面的议题包括: 中国汽车内外饰老化国家标准的制定过程、主要成果和相关性研究；美国最新的、与佛罗里达曝晒相关性更好的加速老化测试方法；汽车内饰材料的发粘评估方法等。检测方面及如何提高材料耐候性的议题包括：汽车内外饰材料老化现象分析；汽车内饰材料环境失效分析方法探讨； UV穿透率测试在涂层性能检测中的应用；材料日晒老化的色彩测量等；汽车PP/TPO材料的稳定性等。
The presentation topics covered weathering testing standards, results evaluation, and how to increase the weatherability of various products. The topics on weathering testing standards included: the new developed GB standard on auto interior and exterior material, the latest auto weathering testing cycle providing better correlation with Florida outdoor testing, and a tackiness evaluation method for auto interior material. The topics on results evaluation of weathering testing, and how to improve the weatherability of products, included: weatherability problems of auto interior and exterior parts and material, micro analysis of weathered material, UV transfer analysis of auto coating, color evaluation of lightfastness, and improvement of light stability of PP/TPO material.
汽车工业协会相关分会周一兵名誉理事长，上海汽车有限公司杨如松总监、泛亚汽车技术中心刘树文经理、上海大众有限公司李鹏主任、神龙汽车有限公司杨娇娥主任、通标公司汽车部华东区王子翼总经理等专家在头脑风暴环节回答了大家有关中国汽车行业发展的诸多问题。
Former Chairman Mr. Zhou Yibing of a China Auto Association related industry sub-committee, senior manager of Shanghai auto Mr. Liu Shuwen of PATAC, Mr. Li Peng of Shanghai VW, Mrs. Yang Jiao-e from Citroën Wuhan, and Mr. Wang Ziyi from SGS Shanghai auto department all joined the brainstorming session at the conference, and answered questions about the development of the auto industry.
