Q-Lab is proud to announce that it has expanded its capabilities worldwide for ISO/IEC 17025 calibration of irradiance, temperature and relative humidity (RH) for its industry-leading weathering and corrosion chambers.
Q-Lab Germany is now officially accredited for laboratory and field calibrations, and Q-Lab China has expanded its scope to include field calibration. With these additions and reaccreditation of the existing capabilities, Q-Lab is fully accredited for laboratory and field calibration from our offices in the United States, Germany, UK, and China.
ISO/IEC 17025 (General Requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories) is a standard that ensures that calibrations and testing are performed professionally and with the upmost precision. Q-Lab prides itself on being an expert in weathering and corrosion testing, and this accreditation proves both skill and capabilities of our facilities to perform these calibrations. Q-Lab received these accreditations from A2LA, the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation. A2LA is an independent accrediting body for ISO/IEC 17025.
Q-Lab’s products and services are extensively used in the paint, plastics, roofing materials and automotive industries for R&D, quality control, and to test for weathering and corrosion durability. Q-Lab manufactures and sells affordable, easy-to-use and low-maintenance weathering, and corrosion test equipment. Q-Lab is also a leader in outdoor exposure testing, and offers expert accelerated lab testing on a contract basis in both Europe and the United States.
